21-Year Old Shot, Killed

The Vallejo Police Department has announced that a 21-year-old male was shot and killed on Monday night.

The man, who has yet to be identified, was pronounced dead by Vallejo Fire EMTs at approximately 7:24pm on August 22.

According to Vallejo Crime & Community, he was shot at the notorious King’s Market on Fairgrounds Drive, which has unfortunately continued to be plagued by gun violence.

This is the 10th homicide this year for Vallejo. VPD said that an unsheltered man, 56, was found shot and killed on Sonoma Boulevard last Friday.
